K. “We had the most intense recording sessions working on this tune. Mirac and P. built the beat and asked me to write a catchy hook on it, but every time I ended up laughing in the booth while talking shit with autotune or vocoder on. Then we reduced my hookline to the minimum, added and changed some parts and we finally had this mighty chorus. After two whole day and night sessions we finally had this special tune, our goal was to kinda catch that vibe you got in the morning after the rave, when the sun is already out again and everyone’s in a hurry getting to work, but you still wavy as fuck and don’t wanna stop partying. In my first part I kinda try to explain how hard it is to stay sober and leave the venue after playing a show, ‘cause thats when I feel like celebrating, which is actually not the best thing to do if there are two or more shows to play on the next days. Story of my life so to say, heh.”

P. “Mirac und ich sind in einer Session an dem Beat gesessen, die Kombination von 2step-Vibes und Halftime- bzw. Trap-Drums war von Anfang an dabei die Grundidee. Ab dem Zeitpunkt wo Mirac den massiven Synth in der Hook geschraubt hat, war klar, dass der Tune Songwriter-technisch nochmal ein ganz anderes Level wird. Textlich erzähl ich vom Leben in der Szene und der Stadt und wollte Bilder des Nachtlebens malen. Es hat ein paar Sessions gebraucht, bis Parts und Hook so waren, wie wir wollten.. Bei so einer melodiösen Produktion war die Erwartungshaltung an Text und eingängiger Hook groß, ich denk wir haben es durch gemeinsames Produzieren und Schreiben richtig org hinbekommen, nicht zuletzt dank Mirac’s Händchen für Arrangement und Melodie.”
